In addition, she was able to help us get the best price compared to other recently similar sold condos in our area. She was able to negotiate with the buyer to allow us stay 1 month free while we were waiting to move to a new place. As a buyer agent, she helped us with all the paperwork to close the deal within 1 month smoothly. We bought a condo from a builder so the price is non-negotiable, but Helen was able to ask the builder to replace all of the windows for us free which saved us $5,000 if we had to do it. Overall, we were very satisfied with Helen and would definitely come back to Helen in the future if we have to re-locate again."

I remember meeting her for the first time during the first week of November. By December 1st, I was under contract with a buyer to sell my condo for much higher than my asking price. When I first met Helen, I found her to be very professional, intelligent, and sincere. She had made such a strong impression on me. I decided not to interview any other real estate agents and signed a listing agreement with her within a few days. Within 3 weeks of signing the listing agreement, I had multiple offers. Within 4 weeks of signing the listing agreement, I was under contract to sell my condo at a much higher profit than I had originally anticipated. Helen was a joy to work with throughout the entire process. She is very responsive to messages and phone calls. She is an excellent strategist when it comes to marketing and advertising.
